History

Founder S.M.B. Hodjatnejjad knew that he wanted to go in business for himself early in life. In 1967 with his personal savings from hard work our late father S.M.B. Hodjatnejjad started up his family business, Sayer Dates Export Company. Since then, we've been and still are a family-owned and run business based in Ahwaz, Iran. Hard work, dedication, integrity and an honest days work were the principles on which he stepped into faith and with a little help from family and friends and began packing and exporting Iranian dates. Like most businesses, over time we've seen good years and lean years in our industry, but our commitment to packing top quality dates has not changed as many other things have changed in our industry.
Today, we still operate, pack and export top quality Iranian sair dates based on the very principle and values that helped establish our reputation and credibility in this industry over time. With markets in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East, we have a number of satisfied and loyal customers. Our home office is in Iran, run by younger son S.
